The past few years we have seen an increase in the demand for the ovens as the ultimate patio accessory. They are great way to bring friends and family together for an afternoon of making your own personal pizzas or using it as a fireplace in the evening to give your area a nice warm glow. Although wood -fired ovens were used widely across the world, our Artesian ovens were created based on the history of Artesia, a Northern province of what we now know as France, here, outdoor wood-fired ovens were very common and used a great deal for everyday cooking. Although the use of outdoor wood-fired ovens has been impacted by conveniences over the decades, they still maintain their reliability, nostalgia, and ability to impart wonderful flavor!
